From time to time, at the 2nd Street Market, Chef Fish offers free seminars on topics such as Farm to Table and Gluten Free cooking. One of Chef Fish’s favorite pastimes is teaching cooking classes. People enroll in his classes to learn how to: eat a gluten free diet, become a locavore, prepare health-supportive foods, use diet to help prevent disease and also to learn to prepare exclusive specialty items such as Gluten Free Bread.
