The Chef Case is a chef driven deli featuring artisan New American Cuisine. The salads and prepared foods are sold by the pound in pint and quart sizes. Chef Joe Fish features in-season ingredients from local farmers and highlights the bounty of bean and grain alternatives. The Chef Case offers grilled panini sandwiches and you may sample any deli salad on the side of your sandwich for just 99 cents! The Chef makes an effort to craft everything as healthfully as possible and is allergy conscious, offering a wide selection of gluten free, casein free and vegan offerings. In some restaurants, flavor often relies on adding a lot of butter. There is no butter or vegetable oil used in our salads, only quality olive oil.
